Territory Management

Territories and territory hierarchies are maintained in CRM Enterprise. In Mobile System Maintenance (MSY), you can do the following:

View territory hierarchies and territories by choosing Territory Management
Assign business partners and contact persons to a territory by choosing Territory Management Territory Assignment
Specify a default territory for an employee

The settings that you define in MSY affect the following tasks in Mobile Sales.

View all territories for a business partner (Business Partners component)
View all territories for an employee (Employees component)
Mass-generate activities based on territories (Marketing component)
