This function allows you to view details of territories (including territory attributes) that exist in the system, independent of the territory hierarchies in which they are located.

Prerequisites

Territories and territory hierarchies are maintained in CRM Enterprise.

Activities

You can search for a territory using various criteria, such as the territory hierarchy ID. You can use an asterisk (*) after the ID to search generically. You can, for example, enter ABC* to find the territories for which the ID starts with ABC.
