A product structuring object is a non-saleable product.

Product Header

  • Product details and validity

    The validity periods and validity rules for the time of sale are stored here.

Assignment to a master data template is not performed for product structuring objects, since they are not sold.

Modeling Components

  • Product module

    Additional product modules that make up the product module are stored here. You can assign several modules here. However, a configuration attribute can only be found in one of the modules used.

Product Structuring Rule

  • Product structuring rules can be used to determine products and product proposals and the product configuration in an IS-U contract or quotation for commercial and industrial customers.
