Attribute Group

Definition

You can combine and logically structure the configuration attributes for products using attribute groups.

As is also the case for attributes, you can use rules to influence the way attribute groups are displayed.

Characteristics

Attribute groups are displayed in the attribute tree for the product during product modeling. The detailed view only displays the attribute group.

Group ID	You assign the technical ID in Customizing.
Description	The group description is assigned in Customizing and explains the meaning of the group.
