The business function enables you to perform the following:
Enter and edit organizational data and contact details for the whole company and its different detached subdivisions for reporting purposes. For more information, see Legal Properties (Infotype 1655).
Process data for one or more personnel assignments of an employee and group them by the company or individual detached subdivisions. For more information, see Grouping Personnel Assignments for Concurrent Employment in Russia.
Keep master data consistent for certain or all personnel assignments of an employee. For more information, see Data Sharing of Infotypes for Russia.
Process certain international infotypes during the termination or expiry of one or more personnel assignments in your company. For more information, see Termination of Individual Personnel Assignments.
Enter sickness records consistently by copying a sickness record that you create for one personnel assignment to the other personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person. During this process, the system checks for clashes with existing absence records. For more information, see Entering Sickness Records.
The business function enables you to calculate the following:
Sick pay based on an employee's individual personnel assignments. The system limits the sick pay that you define for the employee. For more information, see Absence Processing.
The amount of income tax that employers must deduct for each personnel assignment of a concurrently employed person. In line with legal requirements in Russia, the system rounds the amount of income tax to the nearest ruble and processes any discrepancies that result during the rounding process. The system also processes income tax privileges to which concurrently employed people are entitled. For more information, see Income Tax.
Social insurance contributions, and applies any privileges to which a concurrently employed person is entitled. For more information, see Social Insurance.
Store and portray the calculation of an employee's bonus in proportion to the amount of time that an employee actually works, rather than simply the employee's planned working time
The system stores the adjusted bonus amounts in the Calculation of Averages for Russia (RUAVE) function. When you prepare forms T-60 and T-61, you require an employee's average earnings to be based on the amount of time that an employee actually works. For example, if an employee receives an annual bonus of RUB 10,000 but is absent for two months, the average salary in that year is based on 10 working months.
Store the results of pay scale increases when you calculate an employee's average pay to determine the social payments to which they are entitled, for example, during periods of absence
In line with Russian legislation, the average salary that you calculate for an employee must include any pay scale increases that take effect both during and after the employee's absence. The system now stores the results of salary indexation according to pay scale increases in the Calculation of Averages for Russia (RUAVE) function.
The new functions enable you to meet legal requirements in Russia by calculating the employee's salary, even during the current month. For example, assume that an employee takes annual leave from November 3 to 10 and from November 20 to 25. A pay scale increase takes effect on November 15. The system uses the old salary to determine the average pay for the first period of vacation, and the increased salary to determine the average pay for the second period of vacation.
For more information, see Absence Processing.
The guaranteed net amount to which some employees are entitled, based on their employment contracts. In Russia, this process involves the employer paying part of the income tax to ensure that the employee is left with a certain net amount. The business function enables you to process scenarios where one or more personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person are entitled to a guaranteed net amount. For more information, see Guaranteed Net Amount.
Garnishments that your employees are instructed to pay by the courts. In line with legal requirements in Russia, the system processes garnishments for all personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person. The system uses a special grouping reason for garnishments to cumulate garnishments that apply to a particular location where an employee's personnel assignments are based. The system also calculates the corresponding postal and bank fees for garnishments. For more information, see Garnishment.
The business function enables you to prepare legal forms for employees with more than one personnel assignment in your company. For more information, see Reporting for Concurrent Employment.
