Live Rates Pertinent Master Data Changes
You use the report Live Rates Pertinent Master Data Changes
(RCRM_FM_LRTP_PMDC
) to update the planning combinations of account hierarchy node and product category or product for all live
rates planning elements of a live rates plan if you make changes to the product hierarchy after you have created the live rates planning elements.
Note
When the system creates new planning combinations of account hierarchy node and product category or product, the key figure values for these new combinations are set to zero.
Prerequisites
You have activated the business function Claims and Funds Management (CRM_CF_1
).
You have completed the activities in Customizing under 
Customer Relationship Management
Trade Promotion Management
Live Rates
.
You have extracted your product hierarchies, product categories, products, and product texts from SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) to SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW).
Your live rates plan has the status of In Planning
or Approved
and the live rates planning elements have the status In High-Level Planning
, In Detailed Planning
, or Completed
Planning
.

Run this report for all live rates plans before you run the report Update Territory Relationships
(CRM_TERRMAN_PROC_REL
).
You can successfully incorporate the following product or product category changes into the planning of your live rates planning elements:
Assign a product category to a product
Remove a product category from a product
Assign a sales category to a product
Remove a sales category from a product
Archive a product
You cannot delete a product. You can only remove them by using the archiving process.
Delete a product category
You can only delete a product category if there are no products associated to it.
Note
If there are errors during the previous processing of the report, you must rerun the report.

You define the selection criteria and schedule the report Live Rates Pertinent Master Data Changes
(RCRM_FM_LRTP_PMDC
) to run as a background job from Funds Management
Jobs
or from the Job Scheduler
(SM36
