Collaboration Task Administration and
Configuration
Collaboration tasks enable users to create their own ad-hoc processes and drive collaboration. It includes various types of collaboration tasks including actions, approvals, and feedback. The users can track progress of their delegated task.
Through the workflow administration, you can perform:
● Load, remove and restore Workflow templates
● Query Workflow instances and display details
● Query Workflow work items
● Query and clean up Workflow tasks

● Within the portal, with Knowledge Management installed:
