Configuring Contract Status Display
The user statuses “Rejection Status”, “Inquiry Status”, and “Quotation Status” are delivered hidden in the standard system. However, these statuses can be displayed in the header block on the sales contract overview page of the CRM WebClient.
These internal user statuses let the user see if any items of the sales contract have been rejected, or if any items have been or still are in Quotation Status or Inquiry Status.
To apply the user statuses for the contract negotiation process, you have made the necessary settings in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management, by choosing .
To make the above-mentioned user statuses visible in the header block on the sales contract overview page, proceed as follows:
Start the UI Configuration Tool.
Select application component BT121H_SLSC.
Select view ContractDetailsOV.
Make the following fields visible:
Rejection Status (//BTSTATUSHSUM/STRUCT.CANCELLED)
Inquiry Status (//BTSTATUSHSUM/STRUCT.INQUIRY)
Quotation Status (//BTSTATUSHSUM/STRUCT.QUOTATION)
