Development with Basic Aspects of Resources 

Purpose

Applications can use the client API to access the basic functions of resources. These basic functions, also referred to as the basic aspects of resources, enable fundamental operations like retrieval, creation and deletion of resources.

Process Flow

An application can use the client API to:

●     Retrieve resources

●     Create resources

●     Copy, move and delete resources

●     Create, retrieve and update content

●     Handle links

●     Create, retrieve and update properties

●     Handle the DisplayName and ResourceType properties
