What You Should Know

Search for a sales document

® Search

You can search for sales document based on selected criteria. You can view the:

  • Details of the desired sales document by selecting the hyperlink in the Keyword column. This displays the Sales Documents/Details tile set.
  • Partner No. and Account No. in the Sales Document/Search tile set.

Partner No. is a unique number generated by CRM Online for a business partner.

Account No. refers to a unique number generated by SAP R/3 for a business partner.

Create a one-time partner address for a sales document

You can enter a one-time address, which is valid only for a particular partner for a particular sales document.

When you select a schedule line, its details appear on the Schedule Line Details tile.

When you select an item it appears on the Item Details tile.

Display sales information for a sales document

® Additional Info

You can see the sales, shipping, billing, and status information related to a sales document.

When you create a sales document, the system automatically creates sales, billing, and shipping information.

Status information indicates the status of the document, for example, whether the sales document was rejected or not. This information is downloaded from CRM Online.

Partners can be business partners, contact persons, or employees.
