Use

This function allows you to store additional information, such as a comment or detailed description. You can create notes that specific to a business component, for example, a particular contact person may be fond of theatre. You can create a note related to this contact person to store this information. You will find it useful to maintain a good relationship. You can create more than one note for a business component. After you have created a note, you can run the spellchecker to check for spelling errors in the note.
