If you choose Orders to be Processed by Me or Orders in My Worklist on the initial screen or in the filter function, the system displays the postprocessing orders for which you are the current processor.
¡ Completing Postprocessing Orders
Choose Complete in the context menu of the postprocessing order. The Completed status is assigned to the postprocessing order.

For mass completion of postprocessing orders, you can use the report Complete Postprocessing Orders. From the SAP Easy Access Menu, choose Cross-Application Components ® Postprocessing Office ® Administration, or call the relevant transaction in the application menu of the implementation.
Using the same menu path, you can use the Delete Postprocessing Orders report to delete completed postprocessing orders.

Choose Change Processor in the context menu of the postprocessing order and enter the name of the new processor.

If the postprocessing order is in your worklist, it will continue to be selected if you choose Orders to be Processed by Me (1), or Orders in My Worklist (2) on the initial screen, or in the filter function.
If the postprocessing order is not in your worklist but you are the current processor, it would only have been displayed previously if you chose Orders in My Worklist (2). If you assign a new processor, the worklist will only be included if you choose All Postprocessing Orders (3) as the order assignment.
¡ Assigning Postprocessing Orders to Another Worklist
Choose Change Worklist in the context menu of the postprocessing order.

If the postprocessing order is not found in any of your assigned worklists after the change and you are not the current processor, the postprocessing order is only selected if you choose All Postprocessing Orders (3) on the initial screen or in the filter function.
