1. Execute one of the following steps:
¡ Use the standard SAP settings by making no entries.

If you delete the default entries in the group box Selection Options, in the Status and Order Assignment fields, the standard settings apply.
¡ Enter the relevant selection criteria in the group box Selection Options.

To use the same selection criteria more than once in the initial screen, define a filter variant.
¡ Choose an existing filter variant. For more information, see Using Filter Functions of the Postprocessing Desktop in the section under Using Existing Filter Variants.
¡
Create a new filter
variant or edit an existing filter variant by choosing
Change Variant in
the
application
toolbar. For more information, see Using Filter Functions
of the Postprocessing Desktop under the sections Creating Filter or
Filter Variants and Changing Filter Variants.
¡ To display or process an existing postprocessing order and you know the postprocessing order GUID, choose Order ® Direct Entry Using Order ID. Continue from point 3.

The postprocessing order GUID is on the Order Data II tab page, on the detail screen.
2. In the Technical Settings group box, you can restrict the number of postprocessing orders to be selected.

If you processed the IMG activity Define Selection Criteria for Postprocessing Orders in the Customizing for the Postprocessing Office under Order Data, the field contains the standard number that you entered in the IMG activity. You can change the default value on the initial screen. However, the number of postprocessing orders to be selected cannot exceed the maximum number that you defined in the IMG activity.
If you have not executed the IMG activity, the field contains the standard number of 500 and the maximum number is 10,000.
3.
Choose
Execute.
The initial screen is displayed.
If you have not used the filter functions, the system displays all the postprocessing orders that meet the following prerequisites:
· The postprocessing orders have the status New or In Processing.
· The postprocessing orders are in your worklist and/or you are the current processor for the postprocessing orders.
