Catalog Views 

Use

·        This function gives you a selection of catalog areas and catalog items.

You can use this function to:

·         Create and manage customer-specific views of the Web shop for target groups or business partners.

·         Restrict the XML export of the product catalog to particular areas and determine recipients automatically.

Prerequisites

You have created business partners in the CRM system.

Menu path: Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data and Generic Services ® Business Partner ® Maintain Business Partner.

Activities

Specify the catalog view and name under Views in product catalog administration.

For more information, see Define Catalog View and Assigning Business Partners. You can carry out both activities in whatever order you want.
