Auction Feedback
After an auction is completed, the buyer and seller can leave feedback on eBay® in the form of a rating (positive, negative, or neutral) and comments. You cannot change or remove feedback you have left. It becomes a permanent and public part of an eBay® member’s profile. This helps members to make safe trading decisions.
Sellers can use the selling via eBay® (SVE) application to review feedback, provide feedback, and maintain feedback (see Activities below).

Once you have a feedback rating of 10 or more, eBay® allows you to create fixed price auctions and use the listing upgrades Featured Plus and Home Page Featured. For more information, see Auction Creation.
In the SVE application, the winner has one of the following statuses:
● Checkout completed
● Checkout pending
● Checkout incomplete
For information on winner statuses, see Auction Monitoring.
Reviewing Feedback
In the SVE application, choose Feedback Management ® Review Feedback. You can display:
● Summary of the feedback you have received, including a summary of the feedback you have received in the past seven days, past month, and past six months
● Feedback for a specific auction
You can filter your search by feedback type, date, buyer, and seller. The system also displays a link to the auction item details in the SVE application.
Providing Feedback
You can enter your feedback:
● Directly on eBay®
From the auction item details in the SVE application, follow the link to eBay®.
● Via the SVE application
In the SVE application, choose Feedback Management ® Provide Feedback. The system sends the feedback to eBay®.
Maintaining Feedback
In the SVE application, choose Feedback Management ® Maintain Feedback. Here, you can create comments for positive, negative, and neutral feedback, which you can select when providing feedback.
