Function documentation Statistics on Processing and Queuing Times Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

With this function you can display statistics on processing and queue times for BDoc types, sites and queues.

Integration

Based on the decoupling of data flows for mobile sites (mobile flow) and for other site types (online flow), message processing (Flow)is divided into two asynchronous steps, which are not necessarily on the same server. Inbound processing is distinguished from outbound processing for monitoring message flows.

Prerequisites

You have called up this function in your SAP Easy Access user menu choosing Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Monitoring ® Message Flow ® Display Message Flow Statistics.

Features

The display of the statistics on processing and queuing times is divided between inbound and outbound processing and provide you with Summarized Values from the database on individual BDoc types, sites and queues. You can display the workload either as a total or how it is distributed on the individual application servers.

Within the selected time period (day or week) you can display the load distribution of BDocs using a time profile. The day view also displays Individual Records that the statistics are based on.

To determine the required values,  the Data Collector is started every hour automatically and provides you with the required data. It also retrieves the single records that can be displayed afterwards.

If you want to display the most current statistics, you can also start the data collector yourself at any time. Choose Run Collector.
