Displaying Summarized Statistics
Use
Displays summarized statistics on processing and queue times for
BDoc types, Sites and queues. The load distribution of BDocs can be displayed at a specific time of day or on a specific day of the week.Prerequisites
You have called up the Display message flow statistics screen, then chosen Message flow statistics and are now in the Message flow statistics screen.
Procedure
The Message flow statistics screen consists essentially of a navigation area with a tree structure and of a display area consisting of header data and a tab with several tab pages (You can display the display area in a full screen by choosing the symbol Full screen ().
Proceed as follows:
In the display area the header data shows your selection criteria, the R/3 System corresponding to the selected application server, and the date and time of the first and last data record within the selected time period.
The tab contains various tab pages with different summaries of the statistics as well as a tab page to
The tab page contains client-specific information on the number of BDocs(synchronization and messaging) processed during the specified time period and also the amount of time required for the processing.
The required time is divided into:
Total and average processing time of BDocs in the inbound or outbound adapters, in mapping, and in the
Total processing time of all processed BDocs and average processing time for each BDoc in CRM Middleware.
The tab page also contains information on the number of BDocs waiting in queues during the specified time period as well as the total and average waiting times of BDocs in these queues.
The tab pages contains client-specific information on the number of BDocs per site processed during the specified time period and also the amount of time required for this processing.
The required time is divided into:
Total and average processing time of BDocs in the inbound or outbound adapters, in mapping, and in the flow.
Total processing time of all processed BDocs and average processing time for each BDoc in CRM Middleware.
The tab page also contains information on the number of BDocs per site waiting in queues during the specified time period as well as the total and average waiting times of BDocs in these queues.
The tab page contains client-specific information on the number of BDocs waiting in inbound or outbound queues during the specified time period, together with the total, average and maximum waiting times.
The processing time and the waiting time are displayed:
Total and average waiting time of BDocs in the respective queue.
Total and average processing time of BDocs in the inbound or outbound adapters, in mapping, and in the flow.
Total processing time of all processed BDocs and average processing time for each BDoc in CRM Middleware.
