Function documentation Rejections Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

This function allows you to read and process rejections. Rejections are messages that are triggered when the data upload from the mobile client to CRM Enterprise, using ConnTrans, is not successful. The failure of the data upload can be due to incorrect or insufficient data.

Rejections are displayed based on the logged-in mobile client user. They are grouped according to the components from which they are triggered and they allow you to understand the cause of the error, navigate to the component for which the rejection was triggered, and perform the required steps to rectify the error. For more information on the behavior of a rejection, see Rejection Behavior.

If the information displayed in the rejection is technical, then you must contact your system administrator.

Example

A rejection is triggered due to an error in the data for the Business Partners component. When you choose the hyperlink provided in the rejection, you are taken to the record in the Business Partners/Details tile set where this error occurred.

Note

Even if you rectify the data corresponding to the rejection and run ConnTrans again, the rejection will still appear in the rejection list with the status Processed. You can delete the rejection by selecting the record and choosing Delete on the toolbar.
