Accessibility Features
Accessibility features in a software application make the application’s functions available to users who otherwise would have to make extreme adjustments or would not be able to use the application at all.
mySAP CRM mobile client applications contain features that make the full range of the applications’ functions available to multiple user groups. Some of these accessibility features include:
· Keyboard accessibility
Mobile client applications support shortcuts. Shortcuts enable users with limited dexterity to work with the application without requiring a mouse. You can view and print these shortcuts for quick reference. For more information, see Shortcuts.
· Large fonts support
You can change the size of the font used to display text in the application. This feature allows visually-impaired users to adjust the font sizes to match their needs. For more information, see Large Fonts Support.
· Screen reader support
Mobile client applications support screen reader technology to provide accessibility for visually-impaired users. Screen readers use an internal software speech synthesizer to speak aloud the elements displayed on the application screen. With the aid of the screen reader, visually-impaired users are able to navigate through the application, enter data, and use the full range of functions available in the application. For more information on using screen readers with mobile client applications, see Screen Reader Support.
· Right-to-left languages support
Mobile client applications provide right-to-left languages support for Hebrew. Users who have Hebrew installed as their working language can view the application in a mirrored format. Users also enter text from right to left in the application fields. For more information, see Right-to-Left Languages Support.
