Editing Combined Statement Dates
You can use this function to manually create events for a master contract and to delete manually created events.
If you manually create events, the next mass run for combined statement creation selects the relevant master contract. You can use this function to trigger creation of additional master contracts.
The master contract must have the Combined Statement
feature.
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
Specify the number of the master contract for which you wish to edit the dates and choose Execute
.
The system displays a list of all scheduled events for the master contract with the following details:
If the event was scheduled manually, the system displays the execution date (Next Date
column) and selects the event in the last column.
If the event was created by means of the time period data, the system displays the date.
The system distinguishes between the execution date (Next Date
column) and the date calculated using the time period data (Next Regular Date
column). These data values can differ if you have chosen a working day shift for the master contract. For more information, see the documentation for the Working Day Shift for Next Execution Date
field.
To manually create an event, select the relevant agreement and choose
(Create Event
)
Specify the required event date in the Event Editing for Master Contract
dialog box and choose Continue
.
To delete a manually create event, select the relevant event and choose
(Delete Event
).
To display the contract data, double-click on any line (agreement or events) and choose the Contract
pushbutton.
In the Display Contract for Validity Date
dialog box, select a validity date and choose Continue
.
The system displays the contract data of the previously selected master contract on the validity date you chose.
