Function documentationEditing Combined Statement Dates

You can use this function to manually create events for a master contract and to delete manually created events.

If you manually create events, the next mass run for combined statement creation selects the relevant master contract. You can use this function to trigger creation of additional master contracts.

Prerequisites

The master contract must have the Combined Statement feature.

Activities

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Financial Services Next navigation step Master Contract Management Next navigation step Combined Statement Next navigation step Edit Combined Statement Dates End of the navigation path.

  2. Specify the number of the master contract for which you wish to edit the dates and choose Execute.

The system displays a list of all scheduled events for the master contract with the following details:

    • If the event was scheduled manually, the system displays the execution date (Next Date column) and selects the event in the last column.

    • If the event was created by means of the time period data, the system displays the date.

The system distinguishes between the execution date (Next Date column) and the date calculated using the time period data (Next Regular Date column). These data values can differ if you have chosen a working day shift for the master contract. For more information, see the documentation for the Working Day Shift for Next Execution Date field.

Creating Events

To manually create an event, select the relevant agreement and choose Create Event (Create Event)

Specify the required event date in the Event Editing for Master Contract dialog box and choose Continue.

Deleting Events

To delete a manually create event, select the relevant event and choose Delete Event (Delete Event).

Display Contract
  1. To display the contract data, double-click on any line (agreement or events) and choose the Contract pushbutton.

  2. In the Display Contract for Validity Date dialog box, select a validity date and choose Continue.

The system displays the contract data of the previously selected master contract on the validity date you chose.
