 Displaying Balances and Key Figures

Features

You can use this function to query various details about a selected account. From the SAP Easy Access screen choose Start of the navigation path Account Management Next navigation step Account Next navigation step Turnovers, Balances, and Key Figures End of the navigation path for the following information:

Pushbuttons

  • Settled period

    Using this pushbutton you can display the settlement data for an account. You see an overview with key figures and other details about the last settlement period.

  • Display payment items

    Using this pushbutton you can have the turnovers for an account displayed by calling up the data for one or more selected payment items. For more information, see Payment Item.

  • Available amount

    Using this pushbutton you can have the amount displayed that an authorized drawer of an account can freely withdraw. The system calculates the available amount from the following:

    • Today’s account balance, balance of future items

    • Account balance, balance subject to final payment

    • Account balance not subject to final payment, prenote balance, available amount before limit

    • Minimum deposit

    • Available amount (external), available amount (internal)

    • Extra amount, available amount (automatic)

  • Cash flow

    Using this pushbutton you can have the cash flow of a loan account displayed. For more information, see Displaying Cash Flows.

Tab pages

  • Balances

    On this tab page, you can display the balances of all turnover classes that are defined for the account. For more information, see Displaying Account Balances.

  • Counter readings

    On this tab page, you can display the readings of all counters that are defined for the account. For more information, see Displaying Counters.

  • Information items

    On this tab page, you can display all information items that exist for an account. For more information, see Information Items.

  • Access limits

    On this tab page, you can display the access limits stored on the account. For more information, see Editing Access Limits.

  • Item split

    On the Item Split tab page, you can display a list of item splits within a period. For more information, see report RBCA_ITEMSPLIT in the system.

  • Notification rules

    On this tab page, you can display the notification rules. For more information, see Posting Notification.

  • Interest and capital amounts

    On this tab page, you can have the interest and capital amounts of a loan account displayed. For more information, see Displaying Interest and Capital Amounts.
