Displaying Cash Flows
You can use this function to display the cash flow of a loan account.
Note
If you have not yet disbursed the loan, the system simulates the disbursement in the cash flow display and when calculating individual ratios in the cash flow. If the status of the loan is active, used
, the system simulates the disbursement in the cash flow on
the current posting date. If the contract start date is after the current posting date, the system simulates the disbursement on the contract start date. If the status of the loan is active, not yet used
, the system simulates the disbursement in the cash flow on the contract
start date.
You have assigned financial conditions to the loan account. For more information, see the Prerequisites
section in Editing Financial Conditions.
In Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM)
in the Customizing activity Create Account Product
or Change Account Product, you have done the following for the product on which the the account is based:
You have made settings for the product attributes under the Financial Conditions
node.
You have activated the Payment Agreement
feature and made settings for the product attributes under the Payment Agreement
node.
You have made settings for the product attribute .
You can display the cash flow for a loan account in the following ways:
In the master data for a loan account
Ön the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose or Display
Account
.
Enter the bank details for the loan account and choose Continue
.
On the Cash Flow
tab page, choose Calculate Cash Flow
.
