Example documentationScenario: Key Date-Based Cash Pooling with Constant Balance (Basis Amount) on Subaccount

 

This scenario is the same as the scenario for zero balancing with a constant balance (on subaccounts), except that it is based on different assigned rules (SAP0036000 and SAP0081000).

Prerequisites

To represent this scenario in the system, you need to define the following rules in the settings for each account:

  • Main Account

    • No rule

  • Subaccounts

    • SAP0011000 (Surplus Clearing)

    • SAP0012000 (Deficit Clearing)

    • SAP0036000 (Base Amount on Subaccount)

    • SAP0081000 (Summary of The Same Value Dates)

Note Note

You do not need to use rule SAP0081000 (Summary with Same Value Dates) for key date-based cash pooling with a constant balance (base amount). However, we recommend that you do so as it is the prerequisite for other combinations such as the base amount and minimum or maximum amounts.
