Release Object OR_EX (Extension)

An Account Management (FS-AM) release object used by the system to identify whether the editing of an extension by entry or processing staff is subject to release. If the editing of the extension is subject to release, the system generates a release object OR_EX as a work item that can be processed further by a supervisor or user responsible for release in the Business Workplace .

Customizing

You make the settings for the OR_EX (Extension) release object and its release attributes in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Start of the navigation path Order Management Next navigation step Extension Release End of the navigation path in the following IMG activities:

Channel

Transaction BCA_OR_EX Extension of Loan.

The system checks whether the dialog processing of the edited order is subject to release, and generates a work item for each release-relevant order. If an order is no longer subject to release after processing, the system deletes the associated work item.

- Enter (0100)
- Delete (0110)
- Execute(0120)
- Reverse (0160)

Methods of the Release Object in the Business Workplace

You can process the release object OR_EX as a work item in the Business Workplace. The methods can affect the order status of the extension. For more information, see Order Status of Extension.

Display
This method functions in the same way as the method of the same name in the Activities section under Extension of a Loan.
Change
This method functions in the same way as the method of the same name in the Activities section under Extension of a Loan.

The system checks the changed order, and generates a new work item if applicable and/or deletes the existing work item.
