Booking a List of Participants for a Time-Dependent Course

Caution

The following applies to time-dependent courses.

Use

This function lets you make multiple bookings in one step. You can book multiple participants (and participant types) for one course at one go.

Procedure

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Book: Participant List for Course. The Book Participant List: Initial Screen appears.

2. Enter the course type whose courses you want to display.

3. In the time period field, enter the period for the courses to be determined.

4. Where relevant, specify the language in which the course should be held.

5. Where relevant, specify the location where the course should be held.

6. Choose Enter. Courses that have been scheduled for the course type you specified are displayed in the Course Offering.

7. Select the required course and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Participant list. The Book Participant List: Data dialog box appears.

Note

If you call the Book List function from the dynamic participation menu, the relevant data is read simply by positioning the cursor on the course type. The Book Participant List: Data dialog box appears in which the course is already selected.

8. Per list line, enter the participant type for the participant (or participants in the case of a group participant) you want to book.

9. Enter a participant of the participant type you selected above.

10. For group participants, enter the number of participants.

11. Enter the booking priority.

12. Select Fee if participation fees are to be charged and you want to enter fee assignment and settlement data for the participant.

13. Use the same procedure for each of the participants you want to book.

14. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text . If you select the fee option, you automatically branch to the Fee and Assignment for each participant sequentially, where you can enter settlement data as required.

15. Then choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .

Result

You have booked all of the participants on the list for the course you selected. You have entered the required billing or activity allocation data for participation fees per participant where relevant.
