Prebooking a List of Participants for a Course Type

The following applies to time-dependent courses.
This function lets you make multiple prebookings in one step. You can prebook multiple participants (and participant types) for one course type at one go.

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Prebook: Participant List for Course Type. The Prebooking List per Course Type: Initial Screen appears.
2. Enter the course type for which you want to make prebookings.
3. Where relevant, specify a selection period during which participation is possible (prebook period). The system automatically proposes a start and end date. If necessary, you can change this period later on the data screen.
4. Where relevant, specify the language in which the course should be held. If necessary, you can change this entry per prebooking later on the data screen.
5. Where relevant, specify the location where the course should be held.

If you call the Prebook List function from the dynamic participation menu, the relevant data is read simply by positioning the cursor on the course type. You directly access the dialog box Prebooking List per Course Type: Data where the course type is already selected.
7. Enter a participant type per line of the list or in the case of a group participant, enter the required participant types.
8. Enter a participant of the participant type you selected above.
9. For group participants, enter the number of participants to be prebooked.
10. Specify the prebooking priority. The prebooking priority automatically becomes the booking priority when the prebooking is converted.
11. If required, enter a prebooking period for each participant.
12. If required, enter a course language for each participant.
13. If required, enter a course location for each participant.
