Caution

The following applies to time-dependent courses.

Use

This function lets you make multiple prebookings in one step. You can prebook one participant for multiple course types at one go.

Procedure

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Prebook: Participant for Course Type List. The Prebooking List per Participant: Initial Screen appears.
  2. Select the Participant type of the participant you want to prebook and enter the participant’s name.
  3. Where relevant, specify a period during which participation is possible (prebook period). The system automatically proposes a start and end date. If necessary, you can change this period later on the data screen.
  4. Where relevant, specify the language in which the courses should be held. If necessary, you can change this entry per prebooking later on the data screen.
  5. Where relevant, specify the location in which the courses should be held.
  6. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Prebooking list. The Prebooking List per Participant: Data Screen appears.
  7. Enter the course type per line of the list for which you want to make prebookings.
  8. For group participants, enter the number of participants to be prebooked per course type.
  9. Specify the prebooking priority. The prebooking priority automatically becomes the booking priority when the prebooking is converted.
  10. If required, enter a prebooking period for each course type.
  11. If required, enter a language for each course type.
  12. If required, enter a course location for each participant.
  13. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have prebooked the participant for all of the course types in the prebooking list.
