Use

SAP Learning Solution provides the following options for appraising instructors and courses:

·        Performance Management (Objective Setting and Appraisals)

In the SAP system, Performance Management from the personnel point of view is called Objective Setting and Appraisals. This appraisal system is valid for all delivery methods (time-dependent and time-independent). It has the following benefits:

¡        You can use the sample templates contained in the standard system for your appraisals and adjust them to suit your requirements.

¡        You can create and use your own appraisal templates with a minimum of effort.

¡        You can use the following status management attributes for templates: not released, released, archived.

¡        You can record course appraisals yourself and display appraisals in the Web that have been performed.

You can also use a standard template per course type.

You select the appraisal system you want to use and make other appraisal settings for course appraisal in Customizing for SAP Learning Solution. Choose Training Management  ®  Recurring Activities  ®  Appraisals.

This appraisal system is valid for time-dependent courses. You can find detailed information on this in the section Appraisals.

You select the appraisal system you want to use and make other appraisal settings for course appraisal in Customizing for SAP Learning Solution. Choose Training Management  ®  Recurring Activities ®  Appraisals.
