Course Type Content (Infotype 5006) 

Definition

The infotype creates a relationship between the objects from Training Management and the documents from the course content repository.

Use

You maintain this infotype for course types with the following delivery methods:

·        Online test

·        Web-based training (WBT)

As administrator, you set up the relationship between a course type (for example, HR315 Recruitment Web-based) that is listed in the course catalog and the content of this course type. As soon as a learner is booked for a course of this course type, he or she can access the course content by means of the link in the Learning Portal.

As administrator, you can also maintain the Completion Specifications (5008) infotype for the course.

Infotype maintenance

On the SAP Easy Access screen, in the SAP Menu choose Human Resources ® SAP Learning Solution ® Settings ®Current Settings ® Course Type.
