Delivery Processing: AFS-Specific Functions
Features
Delivery processing: Value-added services
Corresponding to the settings of the copy control (sales document after delivery document), either the AFS value-added services are copied from the source document or a new determination is carried out in the delivery target document. Similar to the display of the VAS in the sales order, the VAS can also be displayed in the delivery. You can call the corresponding screens referring to the VAS via Overview à VAS. See the documentation on Value-Added Services
Delivery Processing: Multi-Store Order
During the delivery, the system splits the document into as many delivery documents as stores you have entered. The delivery creation from an MSO II is carried out via the work list. If you have only marked stores in an MSO II document for a distribution center for delivery, the system creates an individual delivery document for each store. The goods recipient is the distribution center. The system stores in the header of the delivery document in the form of an additional partner function, to which store the distribution center should deliver the goods. For MSO II you can create separate, individual deliveries per order or you can create the delivery documents from the work list by selecting via the numbers of the individual orders. See Multi-Store Order.
Availability Check in Shipping
Due to the special structure of the AFS sales processing you must not carry out the ATP during the delivery processing. As the allocation run has already assigned the requirements to the existing stock, you must not carry out the ATP during the delivery creation. See Availability Check.
AFS Restrictions
Product selection in the delivery is not supported for AFS materials.
