Setting Up Collaboration Scenarios You can create collaboration partners for the following scenarios:
Supply and Demand Planning
(see also: Collaborative Supply and Demand Planning )
Transportation Planning
(see also: Collaborative Transportation Planning )
You should make the settings as follows depending on the scenario:
If you are using workflow, you can set the indicator
Sending of emails activated

Settings:
Sending emails
area. The user will then be informed when a work item is received.
In the Communication address field, choose the input help to maintain the corresponding address. Maintain the following settings:
Internal user

Set the Internal user indicator and enter the user data.
Distribution lists
You can now enter any internal or general distribution lists you have maintained in the SAP APO system. (To maintain distribution lists, in the SAP menu, choose .)
Set the Distribution lists indicator and enter the distribution lists you want to use.

Make the following settings in the
Settings: Data Transfer
area (see also
Time Series Data Exchange
, if you want to use time series data):
Set the Data transfer activated indicator. If you do not set this indicator, the data exchange with the collaboration partner is not active and is therefore not used.
In the Communication type field, you define how the time series document is sent. Ensure that you make the following settings for the receiving system (only one exception: The connector; see below).
In the Logical system field, select the target system with which you want to communicate.
You only require the Recipient for routing rule field if you are working with the connector (see below).
Using the Connector :
You have installed both the connector and a suitable service for sending data, and now wish to use these to transfer data. Enter your connector’s logical system in the Logical system field. In the Recipient for routing rule field, enter the service that you previously created for the connectors. The target system is known to the connector due to the settings you have made for the service.
If you wish to inform your transportation service providers about planning steps by email, you can select the
Sending of emails activated

.

XSL transformation /SAPAPO/CLP_PLNSHP_STYLE_001 is provided as a standard XSL transformation. Alternatively, in the URL field you can enter the Internet address of an XML style sheet that is to be used.
Note
If you are working in a Unicode system, both of these alternatives are supported. If you are not, only the first one is supported.
