CO-OM-CCA: Activity Type Quantities and
Prices
Technical name: 0CCA_C04
Use
This InfoCube contains all activity types that are entered in activity accounting. These are entered in plan and actual data based on quantity, and were transferred from the linked source system(s).
The InfoCube contains two types of data records, which have different key figures:
● Quantities: Activity quantities, capacity, and so on
● Prices, split
You can also use this InfoCube to access your own fields. For more information, see Customer-Defined Fields.

Prerequisites for the ERP System
Before you can transfer actual prices into SAP NetWeaver BI, you need to calculate the actual price. For additional information on the actual price calculation, choose SAP ERP Central Component ® Accounting ® Controlling (CO) ® Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA) ® Period-End Closing (CO-OM-CCA) ® Actual Price Calculation.

Notes on Query Definition
● If you try to total across different valuation views and currency types, your query results will be incorrect. Totaling across different values for these characteristics does not serve any useful purpose.
● You can only calculate the totals if you restrict enough characteristics
● For price reports, you need to restrict the currency type (0CURTYPE) in the query filter.

Loading Behavior
● To keep the data to a minimum that is loaded into the BI, you are advised to use the following characteristics to restrict the selection:
○ 0CURTYPE Currency type
○ 0VTYPE Value type for reporting
● Every time you upload data, the system adds it to the existing values. You should, therefore delete existing values where necessary, before repeating uploading.
SAP recommends that you load an InfoPackage (using certain characteristics, for example, FISCPER; selected dataset) for each posting period, once periodic tasks are complete. This procedure has an advantage, in that you do not need to delete as much data when you reload. InfoPackages that are already complete, can be kept.

The restricted key figures are divided into several groups.
The basic key figures cannot be used without restricting some of the characteristics. For this reason you should use only the supplied restricted key figures in Queries you have defined yourself, or analyze the supplied restricted key figures and modify them to suit your requirements.

● All restricted key figures for prices are based on the basic key figure total price, split (0PRICECOM), fixed price, split (0PRICECOMFX), variable price, split (0PRICECOMVR). The basic key figures total price, not split (0PRICE), fixed price, not split (0PRICEFX), variable price, not split (0PRICEVR) can only be used without a drilldown if by cost element. They are kept for the sake of data consistency in the InfoCube.
● Use only restricted key figures in user-defined queries. Check the restricted key figures provided by SAP and if required, define your own restricted key figures accordingly.

● In data records for activity quantities, there are entries in the following key figures only: Output (0ACT_OUTPUT), Capacity (0ACT_CAPACT), Activity quantity (0ACT_QUANTY), and Scheduled activity quantity (0ACT_SCHEDL). The following characteristics do not have entries for data records for activity quantities: Valuation view (0VALUATION), Price indicator (0ACTPRIND) and Currency type (0CURTYPE).
● In data records for activity prices, there are entries in the following key figures only: Total price (0PRICE), Fixed price (0PRICEFX), Variable price (0PRICEVR), Total price, split (0PRICECOM), Fixed price, split (0PRICECOMFX), Variable price, split (0PRICECOMVR). The 0CO_OM_CCA_8 (cost centers: prices) InfoCube provides the entries for the following characteristics, using data from the OLTP system: Valuation view (0VALUATION), Price indicator (0ACTPRIND) and Currency type (0CURTYPE).
● The fiscal year (0FISCYEAR) and posting period (0FISCPER3) characteristics are filled by the fiscal year period field (0FISCPER) in the InfoSource.
