Hiding and Displaying Non-Working TimesYou can display or hide the regular non-working times (for example, breaks or weekends) common to all resources in the resource charts of the detailed scheduling planning board . When non-working times are hidden, any operations that are partially or fully scheduling in non-working times are either displayed in shortened form, or hidden altogether.
Note
In a resource chart the working times are displayed in white, the downtimes in dark gray and regular non-working times in light gray (if you have set in the planning board profile that regular non-working times should be displayed).
You can schedule or reschedule operations in non-working times .
You cannot display and hide downtimes in the detailed scheduling planning board. You cannot schedule operations during downtimes.
