Prerequisites

You must have completed preparation of an appraisal of the appraisal type Multisource appraisal.

Procedure

To perform the subappraisal, access it in one of the following ways:

To access from the profile view:

To access via appraisal evaluation:

    1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Profile ® Change.
    2. The Change Profile screen appears.

    3. Select the appropriate appraiser or appraisee. For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager.
    4. Double-click the selected appraiser or appraisee.
    5. Select the Appraisals Where Appraisee (or Appraisals Where Appraiser) tab page.
    6. Select the appraisal that you want to work through, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
    1. Work through the steps described in the procedure Evaluating Appraisals (in Edit mode), and select the In preparation and Subappraisals flags.
    2. A list of subappraisals appears.

    3. Select the subappraisal you want, and choose Edit ® Appraisal ® Change or Edit ® Appraisal (new session) ® Change.

The Prepare Appraisal - <Name of Appraisal> screen appears.

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. The Change Appraisal - <Name of Appraisal> screen appears.

  3. If necessary, change the creation date of the appraisal.
  4. Save the appraisal.
  5. Choose Goto ® Subappraisals.
  6. Select the subappraisal of the appraiser in question.
  7. Enter ratings for the individual appraisal elements.
  8. Note

    To display more information on the appraisal elements, position the cursor on a line, and choose Edit ® Choose.

  9. To create notes for an appraisal element, position the cursor on the element in question, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  10. The Change Notes screen appears.

    1. Enter a note.
    2. Save the note, and choose Back.
  11. Save the appraisal.

Result

You have performed the subappraisal.
