Prerequisites

The subappraisal has been performed and saved.

Procedure

To change the subappraisal, access it in one of the following ways:

To access from the Appraisals where appraisee profile view:

To access from the Appraisals Where Appraiser profile view:

To access via appraisal evaluation:

    1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Profile ® Change.
    2. The Change Profile screen appears.

    3. Select the appropriate appraisee. For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager.
    4. Double-click the selected appraisee.
    5. Select the Appraisals Where Appraisee tab page.
    6. Select the appraisal that you want to complete, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
    7. The Change Appraisal - <Name of Appraisal> screen appears.

    8. Choose Goto ® Subappraisals.
    9. The Change Appraisal - <Name of Subappraisal> screen appears.

    10. Select the subappraisal you want.
    1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Profile ® Change.
    2. The Change Profile screen appears.

    3. Select the appropriate appraiser. For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager.
    4. Double-click the selected appraiser.
    5. Select the Appraisals where appraiser tab page.
    6. Select the appraisal that you want to change, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Change Appraisal - <Name of Subappraisal> screen appears.

    1. Work through the steps described in the procedure Evaluating Appraisals (in Edit mode), and select the In process and Subappraisals flags.
    2. A list of appraisals appears.

    3. Select the appraisal you want, and choose Edit ® Appraisal ® Change or Edit ® Appraisal (new session) ® Change.

The Change Appraisal - <Name of Subappraisal> screen appears.

  1. Choose Appraisal ® Complete.
  2. The Further Processing dialog box appears.

  3. Choose Continue.

Result

The subappraisal has been completed (and, if applicable, processed further).

Note

If you have selected a module for determining the overall result, and the subappraisal in question is the last subappraisal to be completed, the overall appraisal is also completed automatically. This means that no further changes can be made to the overall appraisal.
