
Evaluating Objects Without Appraisals
Use
You can use this evaluation to find objects that have not been involved in an appraisal. If you are in Edit mode, you can then prepare and hold appraisals for the objects selected.
Procedure

You can also evaluate appraisals in Display mode from the
structural display for an organizational unit. You do this by choosing Navigation ® Reporting ® Appraisals. The person you selected is proposed as the appraisee.The Reporting Options for Appraisals screen appears.
Some selection criteria change statuses.

If you specify selection criteria in both the Appraiser and Appraisee fields, the operator AND applies. In this case, all possible combinations of the appraiser and appraisee are evaluated.
The Reporting Options for Appraisals screen appears.
Result
The system displays a list of all objects that have and, if applicable, that have not been involved in appraisals. The status is displayed accordingly for each object.

To display the ID of the objects, and the object types, choose Settings
If the results list contains objects with statuses other than With no appraisal, you can perform all of the functions listed in the topic
Appraisal Evaluations on these objects.
An entry Several appraisers or Several appraisees in the Appraiser or Appraisee column means that more than one appraiser or appraisee was involved in the appraisal. You can display all appraisers and appraisees (and also the period appraised) by choosing View
To create an appraisal, select the line in question, and choose Edit ®
Appraisal ® Create by copying.
