Use

Once you have defined a start date for the stability study, the system automatically determines the test dates for the planned stability tests for the duration of the stability study. You can then view and process these dates using the functions for scheduling and deadline monitoring.

Features

Scheduling

When the stability study is started, the system automatically schedules all due dates for the planned stability tests for the duration of the stability study. These dates are automatically calculated on the basis of the assigned packages and scheduling parameters in the testing schedule. The generated test dates initially receive the status Scheduled/Waiting. Using the functions for deadline monitoring, the system creates an inspection lot for each storage condition (or testing schedule item) as soon as a test date becomes due.

You have two possibilities for displaying or processing the test dates that have come due:

Automatic Deadline Monitoring

Using the functions for automatic deadline monitoring, you can control the creation of inspection lots for the test dates. You start the deadline monitoring function in regular intervals by means of a planned report. This report performs the following functions:

Example

For example, if the report specifies Call objects for "n" days = 30 days:

This makes it possible to create inspection lots for a selected time period beginning on a specific date. By planning a background job, you will make sure that the report runs at regular intervals and that a current work list for the stability tests will be maintained.

Evaluations for Scheduling

To monitor the test dates and the inspection lots, you can display scheduling overviews in list or graphic form. This allows you to display a current or future work list for stability tests in a specific stability study or for all stability studies.
