Generate Employment Tax Reports for the Tax Authorities

Requirements

The employment tax (IRPF) deductions and payments have been calculated during the year and the payroll has been run each month using the payroll program (RPCALCE0).

There are records the infotypes Fiscal Data (0062) and Additional Income (0090).

Procedure

The different declaration forms for the tax authorities are obtained with the program Employment Tax Reports (RPC190E0). Proceed as follows:

Activate the program through the Spanish payroll menu under Subsequent activities ® Per Period / Annual ® Evaluation ® Tax ® Employment Tax Reports / Deduction Certificates.

Fill in the selection screen fields following the instructions contained in the program documentation under Employment Tax Reports or directly in the selection screen under Application Help.

In order send form 190 to the tax authorities later by means of data medium exchange, activate the appropriate TemSe file generation by selecting the Generate File field in the Form 190: Output Data tab and filling in the corresponding fields with the required data.

Run the program.

Result

Once the program has been run, you will be able to

send the tax authorities the generated reports in the usual way
send form 190 to the tax authorities via data medium, through the sequential files display and download program (RPUTMSE0).

send the printed employment tax payments and deductions certificate to employees, so they can submit it to the tax authorities together with their tax declaration.
