Sending Form 190 to Tax Authorities 
Requirements
You have generated the annual employment tax (IRPF) deductions and payments statement (form 190) for the tax authorities using the
Employment Tax Reports program (RPC190E0).
You have generated a TemSe file with the data that is sent to the tax authorities.
Procedure
To send the statement generated earlier, proceed as follows:
- Display the TemSe file generated while running the Employment Tax Reports program (RPC190E0), activating the sequential file download and display program RPUTMSE0 through the Spanish payroll menu under Subsequent activities ®

Tax ®
TemSe file display/download .
- Select the TemSe file you want to display by pressing the possible values help and start the program.
- Check that the data presented in the different records is correct and download it to your PC by pressing the corresponding key.
- Transfer the data from your PC to the data carrier.
Result
The annual employment tax (IRPF) deductions and payments statement is ready to be sent to the tax authorities.
