Use

You can use this function to display the follow-on documents that have been created from entry documents. This means that you can, for example, track the whereabouts of created wastes. For more information about when the system creates follow-on documents, see Automatic Creation of Follow-On Document Records.

Features

The follow-on documents are displayed in a list. From the list, you can display detailed data for the entry document and for the assigned follow-on documents (entry documents, material documents, and purchase orders) by double-clicking them.

Activities

Proceed as follows to display the follow-on documents for an entry document:

  1. In the Waste Management menu, choose Disposal processing ® Display.

The Choose Entry Document Category dialog box appears.

Note

This dialog box only appears the first time that you access disposal processing after you have logged on to the SAP System. The next time you access disposal processing, the system automatically uses the entry document category that you chose last time.

Note

If you mainly display and edit entry documents of one entry document category, you can predefine this entry document category in your user profile.

  1. Choose the entry document category of the entry document for which you want to display the follow-on documents and confirm your entry.

The Disposal Processing Display screen appears.

  1. Enter the search criteria for the entry document (see Searching for Entry Documents) and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  1. Select the entry document and choose Extras ® Display follow-on documents.

The follow-on documents for the entry document are displayed in a list.
