  1. In the Product Safety menu or in Structure linkDangerous Goods Management, choose one of the following paths:

The initial screen appears.
  1. On the initial screen, specify your search criteria (see Searching for Phrase Sets) and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The hit list appears.

Note

Choose Utilities ® Search parameters to display the search parameters used to generate the current list.

If the search result does not meet your requirements, choose Phrase set ® Other selection to trigger a new search.

  1. Select the phrase sets that you want to edit.

Note

Selected phrase sets can be edited using the functions from the Edit menu.
  1. To carry out further editing, choose Goto, or the following symbols:

If you have selected more than one phrase set on the hit list, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to navigate to the next phrase set to be edited.

You can display additional information for a phrase set by choosing Utilities ® Administration info.

To display the phrase set-to-attribute assignment, choose Utilities ® Attribute assignment.
