Editing the Phrase Set Header

Choose one of the following steps:

If you want to create the header data for a phrase set, choose from the Edit Phrase Set: Initial Screen or from the hit list in phrase set management.
If you want to change the header data for a phrase set, choose from the phrase set hit list, the phrase set name, or from phrase set assignment.

The Create Phrase Set: Header or Edit Phrase Set: Header screen appears.

Note

When you create new data, you can use an existing phrase set as a template (see Copying Phrase Sets).

Enter data as required.

Note

When you create new phrase sets, you can enter a user-defined key in the Phrase set field. If you have not entered a key, the system assigns a key to the phrase set after you have made the required entries and chosen .

The SAP System completes the administration data.
