  1. From the hit list for the selected phrase sets, from the phrase header, or phrase set name, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Phrases.

    2. The Edit Phrase Set: Phrase Assignment screen appears.

  2. Enter the desired phrase in the Phrase field.
  3. In the Sort field, enter the sort sequence of the phrases within the phrase set.

Note

If you have selected more than one phrase set on the hit list, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to navigate to the next phrase set.
