Forms in SAP Business Workflow
Purpose
You can use forms to enter data for processing in SAP Business Workflow, or to display and edit data. Using forms also enables users who do not have a SAPGUI installed on their computer to use the SAP System.
Process Flow

Forms as steps in a workflow definition
These forms are related to a data structure that is saved in the workflow container. Using the step type
Forms, you can generate a form from the workflow system with a structure that you can adapt yourself . This form can be used for displaying and editing the form data.
