Use

Web forms allow users to communicate with the SAP System using the Internet by means of their Web browser. Using the Web forms you can

Start workflows (Starting Workflows with Web Forms)

Process work items (Processing Work Items as a Web Form)

Integration

In addition to the web forms, you can also define and edit forms in the Workflow Builder that are based on structures in the workflow container.

If you implement SAPforms Forms you can use forms that have been created with Mail or Office applications (for example, Microsoft Outlook). By executing forms, you can start workflows, execute work items or even start BAPIs or IDocs.

Prerequisites

To be able to use this technology, you must have configured an Internet Transaction Server (ITS).

Features

To implement web forms, generate a web transaction for a task or a workflow and create an ITS Service for this in the Object Navigator. This ITS service consists of HTML templates (among other things) that can then be revised.
