Use

You complete the testing schedule to confirm that all scheduling activities have been completed for the storage conditions. The system documents this status as a task in the stability study.

Prerequisites

You have assigned an inspection plan to all storage conditions in the testing schedule.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Quality Management ® Stability Study ® Stability Study ® Change.
  2. The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.

  3. On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose Enter.
  4. The screen for changing the stability study data appears.

  5. In the action box on the right side of the screen, choose the follow-up function Complete Testing Schedule.
  6. A dialog box appears prompting you to indicate whether you want to complete the testing schedule and then return to stability study after performing this step.

  7. Choose Yes.

The testing schedule is automatically completed, the stability study is saved, and the system returns to stability study in the change mode.

Result

You can now print out the storage list.
