Use

The storage list contains information on how to divide up the initial sample into the quantities for the stability samples and it identifies the storage conditions under which the stability samples will be stored. The list gives you the following specific information:

In this list, you can also record the storage location of each stability sample, along with the actual physical-sample quantity you created and stored for each storage condition.

Prerequisites

You have completed the testing schedule.

Note

If the testing schedule has not been completed, you can still print the storage list, but the system will not be able to calculate physical-sample quantities for each storage condition. The storage list will therefore show the value zero for the physical-sample quantities.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Quality Management ® Stability Study ® Stability Study ® Change.

The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.

  1. On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose Enter.

  1. Choose Notification ® Print ® Notification.

A dialog box for selecting the shop papers appears.

  1. Select the row that specifies the storage list.
  2. Enter a printer designation in the field for the output device.
  3. Set the Print immediately indicator.
  4. To view the storage list before you print it, choose Print preview.

A print preview appears on the screen.

  1. Choose Back to return to the dialog box.
  2. Choose Print/Fax to print the storage list.
