Operational WCD
Definition
Work clearance document that is used for the lockout/tagout of technical objects and can therefore be switched.Use
An Operational WCD can be created both from another Operational WCD as well as from a
WCD template. In this process the data from the template is copied completely and is available for further processing. The advantage in creating from a WCD template is that these lists are of higher quality. When you copy data from another Operational WCD, you should pay particular attention, especially to altered untagging conditions.
The Operational WCD is assigned a use at header level. The use controls the operational processing of the lockout/tagout. You can use different uses to control various
operational cycles. The operational cycle is the same for all the items of a work clearance document, because the assignment is made at header level. You can make the switch within the operational cycle depending on an approval issued. This allows you to ensure that the approvals necessary for the switch are issued.Structure
The Operational WCD is subordinate to the
work clearance applications. In addition to the
system statuses that apply for all WCM objects , the following system statuses are also possible for the Operational WCD:|
