You ship accident reports using SAP EH&S Structure linkreport shipping. An accident report is a Structure linkreport of the category Accident report.

Use

You can ship reports to SAPoffice users, customers, or report recipients.

For accident reports, the report recipients are particularly relevant because they include workers‘ compensation associations or supervisory authorities, for example.

Prerequisites

You have generated the accident report.

Procedure

To be able to ship an accident report, you must create a shipping order.

In this order you specify all the parameters required for shipping, such as recipient, shipping type, shipping time. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Select the accident report you want to ship and choose Report ® Send.

    2. The Report Shipping: Enter Parameters dialog box appears.

  2. Enter the necessary data and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have created a Structure linkreport shipping order. The accident report is shipped according to the parameters specified in it.
