Use

If you want to send reports to organizations or persons that are not SAPoffice users or customers, you must enter these recipients as report recipients.

In the context of incident/accident management these would be, for example, the workers’ compensation associations or supervisory authorities.

Procedure

  1. From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Environment ® Edit addresses ® Report recipient.
  2. The Address Management: Initial Screen "EHS Report Recipient" screen appears.

  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. The Address Management: Create "EHS Report Recipient" screen appears.

  5. Enter the required data and save your entries.
